Terms of Service

Effective June 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Realistic AI Club (the "Service"), operated by Realistic AI Solutions, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person — do not share access. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Membership & billing

Membership is a recurring subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (the founding rate is $10/month), processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the paid period. Founding pricing, once lost, may not be offered again. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. What you get / acceptable use

Membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the courses, the Prompt Vault, the community, and related materials for your own learning. You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly post our course materials; abuse, harass, or impersonate others; upload unlawful content; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We teach responsible, clearly-labeled AI media; you agree to follow applicable laws and platform disclosure rules when you publish AI-generated content.

5. Member content

You retain ownership of what you post (e.g., forum posts, uploaded images). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, courses, and materials are owned by Realistic AI Solutions, LLC and protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited access license above.

7. Educational purpose — no guarantees

The Service is educational. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcomes. Third-party AI tools referenced are not under our control and have their own terms and costs.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realistic AI Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
