Terms of Service

Effective July 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Realistic AI Club (the "Service"), operated by Realistic AI Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person — do not share access. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchases: one-time products & the Club membership

We sell two different things, both processed by our payment provider, Stripe:

• One-time digital products — the themed Playbooks (PDF prompt-and-instruction books) and the All-Access bundle ($49, which includes every bundle Playbook plus lifetime access to the current on-site course library and Prompt Vault). One payment, no renewal, yours for as long as the Service exists. "All-Access" covers the library as it exists at your purchase; new releases may be sold separately or included in the Club. One-time products are self-serve: they do not include personal support, coaching, or technical help. Email support is available for delivery and access problems only; ongoing help lives in the Club.
• The Club — a recurring membership billed at the price shown at checkout (the founding rate is $10/month) covering the community forum, ongoing support and technical help, weekly workflow drops, Prompt Vault updates, new courses, and the members-only Job Board. It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel; cancellation stops future charges. Founding pricing, once lost, may not be offered again.

Job Board disclaimer. Job Board listings are third-party opportunities collected from the open web or posted by members. We do not vet, endorse, employ for, or guarantee any listing, employer, engagement, or outcome, and we are not a party to any arrangement you enter. Do your own due diligence, and disclose AI in any work you deliver. Nothing on the Job Board is a promise of work or income.

Refunds and cancellations are covered in Section 4 below.

4. Refunds & cancellation

4a. One-time digital products — all sales final. Playbooks and the All-Access bundle are digital goods delivered immediately and irrevocably at purchase: the moment you buy, the full product is in your hands. For that reason all sales are final. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and — if you are in the EU/UK — acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer-protection law, as permitted for digital content supplied immediately with your consent. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund for a duplicate or clearly mistaken charge — email [email protected]. If a one-time purchase is refunded for any reason, the associated access and license end immediately.

4b. The Club membership add-on ($10/month) — 14-day money-back guarantee, cancel anytime. This guarantee applies ONLY to the $10/month Club membership add-on. It does not apply to Playbooks, the All-Access bundle, or any other one-time purchase — those are all sales final under Section 4a, with no exceptions created by this paragraph. If you join the Club and decide within 14 days of your first subscription payment that it isn't for you, cancel from your billing page (or email us) and we'll refund that membership payment in full — no hoops. When a payment is refunded under the guarantee, your membership ends immediately. This is a refund of your membership payment only, not a guarantee of any income, clients, sales, or results (see Section 8). When you cancel after the 14-day window:

• You won't be charged again.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Your founding rate is released and may not be available if you rejoin later.
• Anything you bought one-time (Playbooks, All-Access) stays yours — canceling the Club never removes purchased products.

Refunds after 14 days. After the initial 14-day window, payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable, since you keep access for the period you paid for. If something went wrong (a duplicate or mistaken charge), email us and we'll make it right.

5. Your license / acceptable use

Every purchase and membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to one person — you — to use the courses, Playbooks, Prompt Vault, community, and related materials for your own learning and your own creative work. You may not resell, license, redistribute, share, publicly post, or bundle our materials (in whole or in part, verbatim or lightly reworded) anywhere — including other sites, marketplaces, Discords/Telegrams, file lockers, or as training data for AI systems. Prompts and outputs you create using what you learn are yours; the books, courses and vault themselves are not.

Copies are traceable. Every Playbook we deliver is watermarked and forensically tagged with the buyer's license id. If your copy shows up in public distribution, we can and will identify the source. Violating this section ends your license and account without refund, and we pursue takedowns (including DMCA) and further remedies against resellers and redistributors.

You also agree not to: abuse, harass, or impersonate others; upload unlawful content; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We teach responsible, clearly-labeled AI media. You agree to clearly label AI-generated and AI-assisted media as such (for example, a "Made with AI" label) and to comply with all applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform disclosure requirements when you publish work, including paid or sponsored UGC. You agree not to pass synthetic people off as real or to produce unlabeled endorsements; how you use what you learn is your responsibility, and misuse may result in termination.

6. Member content

You retain ownership of what you post (e.g., forum posts, uploaded images). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, courses, and materials are owned by Realistic AI Solutions LLC and protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited access license above.

8. Educational purpose — no income or results guarantee

The Service is purely educational. It teaches the craft of producing realistic, AI-disclosed images and video, including the formats used in UGC (user-generated-content) advertising. We make no representation, promise, or guarantee of any income, earnings, clients, sales, or business results. Any reference on our site, in the courses, the Prompt Vault, the UGC Ad Playbook, the forum, or critique threads to brands or agencies paying UGC creators, to market rates, or to members producing or pursuing this work, describes a general market opportunity only — it is illustrative, not typical, and is not a forecast or guarantee of your results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, and market conditions.

Nothing on our marketing pages, including any statement that brands or agencies pay UGC creators per video, constitutes an earnings claim, financial guarantee, or financial advice.

The Club's 14-day money-back guarantee (see Section 4b) is a refund of your membership payment only. It is not, and must not be construed as, a guarantee of income, clients, or results of any kind. One-time products carry no guarantee of any kind beyond delivery of the product itself (Section 4a).

Third-party AI tools referenced are not under our control and have their own terms and costs.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realistic AI Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
