This policy explains how Realistic AI Solutions, LLC ("we") handles your information when you use Realistic AI Club (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your name/display name, username, email, and optional bio and avatar.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we keep a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
• Content — forum posts and images you upload.
• Usage data — first-party analytics events (page views, logins, lesson completions) and standard server logs, used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, process your subscription, send transactional email (welcome and password-reset messages), maintain the community, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

3. Service providers we share with

• Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy).
• Microsoft Azure Communication Services — sending transactional email.
• Our hosting provider — running the application and database.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing us; we will respond consistent with applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA where it applies). Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, and progress.

6. Security

Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt); traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
