Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Realistic AI Solutions LLC ("we") handles your information when you use Realistic AI Club (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your name/display name, username, email, and optional bio and avatar.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we keep a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
• Content — forum posts and images you upload.
• Usage data — first-party analytics events (page views, logins, lesson completions, engaged time) and standard server logs, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Marketing-attribution data — how you arrived at our site: the referring website, campaign tags (UTM parameters) and advertising click identifiers present in your link (for example Google's gclid or Meta's fbclid). We use this to understand which channels bring members and to measure our advertising. Some of this measurement is performed with third-party tools — see Sections 3 and 4.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, process your subscription, send transactional email (welcome and password-reset messages), maintain the community, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

2a. Educational service — no results guaranteed

Realistic AI Club is an educational membership. We do not collect or use your information to evaluate, promise, or guarantee any income or business outcome. Any market, earnings, or member-result statements on our site or in our communications are general and illustrative only — they are not a promise that any particular result is typical or that you will achieve it. 3. Service providers we share with

• Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy).
• Microsoft Azure Communication Services — sending transactional email.
• Our hosting provider — running the application and database.
• Analytics & advertising partners — where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices, we share limited event data (such as page views and purchases, along with a securely hashed version of your email and any advertising click identifier) with partners including Google (Analytics & Ads), Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and similar networks, to measure and improve our advertising. This happens both in your browser (pixels/tags) and server-to-server.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws (for example, California's) may treat sharing data with advertising partners for measurement or targeting as a ‘sale’ or ‘share’; you can limit this using the cookie controls described in Section 4.

4. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels):

• Strictly necessary — a first-party session cookie that keeps you logged in, and a cookie that remembers your consent choice. These are always active.
• First-party analytics & attribution — first-party cookies that remember how you first found us (the referrer and any campaign / ad-click tags) so we can attribute signups and purchases to the right channel.
• Third-party analytics & advertising — pixels and cookies set by partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft to measure traffic and advertising performance and to build audiences. These run only where your consent allows.

We use Google Consent Mode to honor your choice. In the EU, UK and EEA these analytics and advertising technologies are off by default until you accept them via our cookie banner; elsewhere they are enabled by default and you can decline or clear them at any time through your browser settings. You can also change your choice by clearing the raic_consent cookie or by contacting us.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing us; we will respond consistent with applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA where it applies). Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, and progress.

6. Security

Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt); traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
